Green Source Construction Management Inc. is a leader in sustainable building practices and green design. Our journey started with enlightening experiences working with a renowned North Carolina green builder, which resulted in the building of the first Certified Green Home in the state. We refined our abilities and knowledge by immersing ourselves in the building process.
Despite the challenges of the 2009 recession, I remained committed to creativity and sustainability in construction. When the company I worked for closed in 2009, I took the opportunity to launch my own business, continuing my dedication to building eco-friendly homes.
Since then, we have successfully constructed more than 23 Custom Green Built Homes, along with 3 Commercial projects, each of which is a testament to our dedication. These include three Net Zero Homes, which generate as much energy as they need, and three Energy Star Homes, which have received special recognition for outstanding energy efficiency from the US Environmental Protection Agency. These successes highlight our dedication to creating homes that are both ecologically responsible and aesthetically pleasing.
